🧵 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is handmade and often customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at slayembroidery@gmail.com and we’ll help make it right.

 

📦 How long does it take to receive my order?

All products are made to order. Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for production

  • Plus shipping time based on your location:

    • US / Asia: 7–14 business days

    • Europe: 10–18 business days

    • Rest of world: 14–21 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

🎁 Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! We love creating meaningful, custom embroidery.
Email us at slayembroidery@gmail.com with your idea (photo references are helpful!). We’ll confirm pricing and processing time before starting.

🧼 How should I care for my embroidered item?

For best results:

  • Hand wash gently with mild detergent

  • Do not wring or scrub the embroidery

  • Air dry flat, avoid direct sunlight

  • Do not machine wash unless otherwise specified
